Nepal Hiking Team is comprised of true professionals! Myself and three friends were exceptionally well taken care of by their team, with every detail attended to, from the airport pickup to the drop-off after the trek.
Ganga, the owner, was truly remarkable. He met with us before the trek to address any questions and joined us for a celebratory dinner afterward. It was evident how much he cared about our experience and the well-being of his team.
Our guide, Gokarna, was outstanding. His extensive knowledge and experience made us feel secure in the mountains. Despite weather challenges and one of our group falling ill, Gokarna made all the right decisions and maintained a calm demeanor throughout. It was truly impressive and made the trip unforgettable.
The porters were incredibly hardworking and delightful companions. They were always cheerful and ready to assist in any way possible. Even on rest days or in the afternoons, they joined us for hikes up peaks or explored villages with us. It was clear that the mountains were more than just a job to them; they felt at home there and were eager to share it with us.
A special mention goes to Robbie, who I believe will become an exceptional guide in the near future. He consistently went the extra mile to ensure everyone's happiness and was a joy to be around.
Nepal Hiking Team truly distinguished themselves in my mind when one of our team members had to be evacuated by helicopter due to illness. Not only did they ensure his safe descent from the mountain, but they also made sure he received proper care in the hospital. Additionally, they arranged activities for him in Kathmandu and helped him travel to other areas so he could still make the most of his trip in Nepal.
Thanks to Ganga and his team, I felt incredibly welcome in Nepal. I can honestly say that I've never been treated so well and felt so immersed in local culture as I did with Nepal Hiking Team. I will unquestionably book with them in the future.
