The Nepal hiking team has communicated with us since before the trip, answering all our emails quickly. Also, when we arrived, everything was already set for picking us up and greeting us at the hotel with a trek briefing on how it would be the next days.
Our guide team and porters were very helpful and open to communication. Special thanks to Paban, Ari, and Ravi, who didn't hurry us and let us go at our own pace.
